Deadshot

A brutal adversary, Deadshot a.k.a. Floyd Lawton, can take out any target from any distance...all the while flying through minor obstacles at the same time (such as shooting a bullet through a champagne glass as well as someone's head). Deadshot met his match, however, when he was hired to take out Batman by some mobsters--something that didn't go over too well, as Batman was able to destroy Deadshot's weapons and tech, rendering him almost entirely helpless.
