Black Manta, in an alternate timeline, was an enforcer in Aquaman's Atlantean army alongside Ocean Master during his war against Wonder Woman and the Amazons, as well as The United States of America. 

Biography

Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox

Black Manta accompanied his king to witness the truce between Atlanteans and Amazons.

During the Atlantean attack on the Ravager, Black Manta stopped Deathstroke from killing Kaldur'ahm and blasted him in the chest with an optic blast presumably killing him.

Later, Manta was killed by the combined efforts of Grifter and Batman shooting him in the face.
